James “Jim” Driscoll, 72, of North Manchester, Indiana passed away 6:10 p.m. at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana. He was born the late Mark and Lorene (Miller) Driscoll on March 15, 1941 in Wabash, Indiana. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked in Maintenance. He was a member of American Legion Post 15 and Wabash Eagles Lodge both of Wabash, Indiana.
He is survived by a companion, Candace Burns of North Manchester, Indiana; children, Heather Bolen of Kokomo, Indiana, Valorie Payne of West Virginia, and Robert Bakehorn of Wabash, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Jaden Payne, Jasmine Payne, Jayce Payne, Sylvia Bakehorn, Anna Bakehorn, Mason Bolen, and Tip-E Bolen; four brothers, Michael Driscoll (Judy) of Peru, Indiana, Patrick Driscoll (Joanie) of Florida, Dan Driscoll (Pam) of Wabash, Indiana; and Gary Driscoll of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was preceded death by a brother, Stephen.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2014 at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992, with Pastor Dan Boone officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Lawns Cemetery in Wabash, Indiana.
