Peyton "Puff" Michael Ray Rogers, 15, of Lagro, Indiana passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024. He was born on June 29, 2009, to Stephanie (Zech) Rogers in Marion, Indiana.
Peyton attended Northfield High School and was an excellent student. He was a loved son, brother, cousin, grandson, nephew, and friend to anyone who knew him. Peyton knew how to make you smile and laugh anytime you saw him. His whole world revolved around his mom, sisters, Jayda and Quinn, Mimi, Aunt Deedee, Uncle Josh, Mae Mae, Keeghan, Reighly, and his best friends, Corbin, Luke, Jed, Colton, and many others.
Peyton was extremely smart, driven, hardworking, and had so many plans for his future. He enjoyed helping his uncle and cousin work construction. He will forever be remembered as funny, outgoing, brave, responsible. He had a contagious smile that brought so much joy to everyone around him. Peyton was taken from his family and friends’ way too soon and he will be truly missed for all of eternity.
Peyton is survived by his mother, Stephanie Rogers of Lagro, Indiana; two sisters, Jayda Rogers, Quinn Rogers; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Fowler of Marion, Indiana; one aunt, Delaney (Joshua Alexander) Zech of Marion, Indiana; three cousins, Candyce Cook “Mae Mae”, Keeghan Cook, Reighly Hurd all of Marion, Indiana; and best friends, Corbin, Luke, Jed, and Colton.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at McDonald Funeral Home, Wabash Chapel, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992.
Preferred memorials can be made to McDonald Funeral Home to aid the family in offsetting funeral expenses.
