Muriel Louise Randall, 94, of Wabash, Indiana passed away 6:40 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013 at Wabash County Hospital in Wabash, Indiana. She was born to the late Howard Eldon and Edith (Metzner) Hutchison on July 7, 1918 in Flanagan, Illinois.
She was a 1931 Graduate of Wabash High School. She married James N. Randall on August 12, 1940, he passed away September 19, 2001. She worked for P.N. Hirsch Company, was retired from J.C. Penney after 25 years of employment, then she joined her husband and currently was the owner of Jones UHaul in Wabash, Indiana. She enjoyed bowling and sewing. She was a 70 year member of First United Methodist Church in Wabash, Indiana. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 90 of Wabash, American Legion Auxiliary Post 15 of Wabash, and Tri-More Eucher Club.
She is survived by daughter, Mrs. James (Beverly) Hostetler of Wabash, Indiana; two grandchildren, John M. Hostetler (Angela) of Wabash, Indiana and Julie Hughes of Indianapolis, Indiana; and six great grandchildren, Nicholas, Devin, Austin, and Mason Hostetler and Landon and Kiersten Cole. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gilbert Hutchison and Harold Hutchison and two sisters, Juanita Hutchison and Delores McCallum.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992, officiating Pastor Kurt Freeman. Burial will follow in the Friends Cemetery in Wabash, Indiana.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to First United Methodist Church or Salvation Army in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.mcdonaldfunerals.com.
